4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging and shipping your products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with:
Clear photos of the packaging and damaged or incorrect item.
After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
